Tyler is a real estate professional with background ranging from development, commercial leasing, and residential lending. His understanding of finance paired with his background in commercial real estate helps clients maximize value and long-term appreciation of their investment. The goal when working with clients is to present a simplistic plan tailored to each borrower’s lifestyle and objectives.

 

After graduating from The Ohio State University during the depths of the Great Financial Recession, the outlook for the world economy looked bleak. This was a difficult time to begin a career in the finance and equity markets, but he was able to set the foundation of his career in accounting and portfolio analysis. Once the real estate industry found its base he moved into development in permitting, zoning, and real estate law. His understanding in project management provided the opportunity to move into underwriting in tenant leasing for a startup specializing in shared workspace operations.

 

As a Loan Officer with American Financial Network, Tyler is able to provide client solutions through the lens of an investment perspective. His mentality with his clients is long-term relationship and needs to be annually assessed for lifestyle changes, financial hardships, or market risks.
