About Me
Loan Officer · NMLS 2057379
Growing up in East Tennessee allowed me to be rooted in family, hard work, integrity and helping others.
I attended college in Maryland where I met my wife of 31 years. We started our married life in Baltimore Maryland
where we bought our first home, owned our first business and I learned to love eating steamed crabs and cheering
on the Ravens. We moved to Allentown Pennsylvania and lived there for 15 years where we raised our two amazing
daughters and built a large Medical Equipment Supply Company. We enjoyed being a huge part of our community
and being very close to Philadelphia. We were season ticket holders for the Iron Pigs- The Philadelphia Phillies Farm team.
The girls played soccer, danced and we made lifelong friends. We sold the Medical Supply Company in 2012 and
as fate would have it, both of our daughters decided to attend college in Tennessee (Vol for life!!!)
My wife and I followed the girls and now love living in Knoxville. For me it was coming home! The Mortgage industry
allows me to utilize my vast business experiences, life experiences and determination to help others every day.
I truly enjoy helping people buy the most important purchase of their lives, refinance to improve their financial picture
and in general helping them make the American Dream come to life!!

Reverse MortgagesA reverse mortgage loan, like a traditional mortgage, allows homeowners to borrow money using their home as security for the loan. A Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM), the most common type of reverse mortgage, is a special type of home loan only for homeowners who are 62 and older. Also like a traditional mortgage, when you take out a reverse mortgage loan, the title to your home remains in your name. However, unlike a traditional mortgage, with a reverse mortgage loan, borrowers don't make monthly mortgage payments. The loan is repaid when the borrower no longer lives in the home. Interest and fees are added to the loan balance each month and the balance grows. With a reverse mortgage loan, homeowners are required to pay property taxes and homeowners insurance, use the property as their principal residence, and keep their house in good condition.1 American Financial Network, Inc. is not acting on behalf of or at the direction of HUD/FHA or the federal government. Borrowers must continue to make property tax, insurance, and other maintenance payments in order to avoid risk of default. 1. https://www.consumerfinance.gov/ask-cfpb/what-is-a-reverse-mortgage-en-224/
