About Me
Loan Officer · NMLS 1159446
I’ve been in the mortgage industry for just over 21yrs and I've always had a passion for helping others meet their financial needs and put them on a better path than where I found them. I eventually went back to college and acquired a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Project Management, and graduated in 2015.
I am a Marine Corps Service-Connected Veteran where I was active from 1992-1996 (0311) and inactive for 1996-2000. I served with 2nd Battalion, 5th Marines, Camp Pendleton, CA and did a total of three deployments on the USS Peleliu (LHA-5) with both the 11th and 31st MEU’s.
I’m currently the Chairman for Stop, Drop & Push Campaign (www.stopdroppush.org) and I’m on the National Legislative Committee for VAREP National (www.varep.net) I’m also a member of The American Legion Post 227 (Tustin, CA). These veteran organizations allow me to volunteer in various veteran related functions and to give back to my Veteran community.
As for my personal background, I have two daughters that I love and would do anything for, and that's what keeps me grounded and motivated even after all these years. For hobbies, I love travelling and hiking with my daughter and going shooting with my Marine brothers is also a must for us to stay on point.
I look forward to continuing to serve my past, present, future clients, and my realtor/affinity partners in the same way I served our great country!
God Bless and Semper Fi!

Reverse MortgagesA reverse mortgage loan, like a traditional mortgage, allows homeowners to borrow money using their home as security for the loan. A Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM), the most common type of reverse mortgage, is a special type of home loan only for homeowners who are 62 and older. Also like a traditional mortgage, when you take out a reverse mortgage loan, the title to your home remains in your name. However, unlike a traditional mortgage, with a reverse mortgage loan, borrowers don't make monthly mortgage payments. The loan is repaid when the borrower no longer lives in the home. Interest and fees are added to the loan balance each month and the balance grows. With a reverse mortgage loan, homeowners are required to pay property taxes and homeowners insurance, use the property as their principal residence, and keep their house in good condition.1 American Financial Network, Inc. is not acting on behalf of or at the direction of HUD/FHA or the federal government. Borrowers must continue to make property tax, insurance, and other maintenance payments in order to avoid risk of default. 1. https://www.consumerfinance.gov/ask-cfpb/what-is-a-reverse-mortgage-en-224/
