I'm biased. I've known Jude for a while now and consider him my friend. I know I can count on him.

Jude was willing to guide us every step of the way and truly made us feel comfortable with major financial decisions. We were able to sign the dotted line with confidence and full understanding of our loan.

Lots of last minute requests for documents. I believe a standard checklist could and should have been used to alert me to the need for updated information previously submitted such as bank and credit card statements. For example, if I had known I would need a transaction report showing the EMD withdrawal at the time I made it, I could have avoided having to jump through hoops at the last minute. I am not disputing the need for extra documents; I am saying I should have known ahead of time.

This is my third property I purchased and working with Jude on this process was very smooth & well explained he always took the time out to answer all my questions to help me along the way. There was not a lot of other people that could have done this deal, but officially me and my family just moved into our new house … and your more than grateful for a great experience and great service!!!
