Keashia was very informative. If she did not have the answer, she would consult with her supervisor and get back with me. No matter the time of day she would always pick up the phone when I called or responded to my text. Shes a woman of her word and is eager to make her customers dreams come true with owning a home. I had a great experience because of Brandi. She's very nice & sweet. She responded promptly to my all calls, texts & emails. I absolutely hate paperwork but she was so patient with me and made me feel comfortable with getting things done. We was at the finish line and my anxiety kicked in, I called Brandi and she talked to me and assured me that everything was going to work out fine, and it did. She even called me while she was out eating dinner to tell me I was clear to close that feeling was unexplainable I could tell she really cared about me and my process. I'm truly thankful for her.
