    Michael helped me through the entire process. This is the first mortgage lender that would answer their phone or text messages past “working” hours. He was very honest if he did not know the answer, promise to get back to me, and got back to me immediately. This was a very unpleasant time in my life and he made the process seamless. I cannot wait to continue with him a couple of years once interest rates come down! I’m not sure if it is your company’s policy to be this great with all your customers. However, if not, you need to institute a training program for all of your brokers.
