John responded to every email, text and phone call immediately. The only thing I would recommend is an easier way to streamline the paperwork and communication process between vendors. Between uploading things on DocuSign, attaching things to emails , phone calls from different people, it’s a pain in the b*** and confusing.

If I can give a 100 ?? stars I would , As a single mother , I didn't know that I would be able to buy a house but talking to John was the best talk I ever made. John was there for me at any given time. Day, night and even weekends when I needed his guidance most. My job is very taxing and hands on so I am not usually able to talk during normal business hours, but John always had time for my questions, which Is why I directed my sister to him when she began her search.
