He was incredibly informative, caring, and kept us hopeful every step of the way...even when we weren't sure we'd be able to get the house, he stayed confident he could pull it off, and he did. His communication was outstanding; he was always calling back and keeping us in the loop. He and his team went above and beyond and he even came out to meet us in person at the inspection just to say hi, and he was right there with us at closing too. We felt truly blessed to have him as our loan officer and will be referring him to everyone we know.
