Justin and Michelle were both great throughout the whole process. Justin stayed on top of everything, explained things clearly, and helped us adjust when the original plan changed. Michelle was also a huge help with underwriting and handled everything quickly whenever something was needed. I always felt like there was a plan and a backup plan, which made the whole process a lot less stressful. I really appreciate everything they both did to get this across the finish line.
