    Communication could have been quite a bit better. We continually were suprized by additional required documentation. Things like the water testing delayed things for almost two weeks if I'd have known this VA requirement from the beginning it would have been done asap. The locked rate kept being extended due to avoidable delays and I had no idea this was at an additional cost to me. I very much enjoyed the above average interactions with Beth and her team so I'd definitely recommend her to friends, the points of improvement spoken of I felt were more just a need for more experience with VA loans, nothing more. She's great!
