Sam was prompt and responsive every step of the way. He answered our questions before we knew we had them then answered quickly and accurately when we did have questions (even after the closing). He listened to our needs without judgment and helped us to a successful outcome. Sam helped make this a quick and painless process keeping us informed along the way.
