Amazing communication, and overall very professional

I cannot say enough good things about Dylan and the incredible job he did for us throughout our mortgage process. From beginning to end, a journey that lasted more than eight months, Dylan was absolutely exceptional. There is no question in my mind that we would not have made it to the finish line without him. Our situation was anything but simple. There were countless twists, turns, changes, challenges, and stressful moments along the way. Through every one of them, Dylan remained patient, professional, positive, and completely committed to finding a way forward. When obstacles came up, he didn't simply tell us what the problem was, he worked to find a solution. His communication and work ethic were second to none. Dylan was consistently responsive, kept us informed, explained complicated issues in a way that made sense, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything moving. He was diligent with the details, proactive when problems arose, and persistent when something needed to get done. There were numerous times throughout this process when Dylan went far beyond anything I would reasonably expect from a mortgage representative. Just as importantly, Dylan treated us like people rather than another loan application. He was friendly, approachable, honest, and genuinely invested in helping our family accomplish this goal. Dylan repeatedly earned our trust every step of the way. I would also strongly encourage Dylan's leadership to recognize the caliber of employee they have in him. This is exactly the kind of person an organization should be developing, promoting, and placing into positions of greater responsibility and leadership. His ability to communicate, solve problems, remain composed under pressure, take ownership, and relentlessly work toward a successful outcome are leadership qualities that cannot always be taught. Quite frankly, future promotion and leadership opportunities for Dylan should be a must. Employees who demonstrate this level of commitment to their customers and their organization should be recognized and retained. If Dylan brings the same work ethic, character, and commitment to the rest of his responsibilities that he brought to our mortgage, I have no doubt he would excel in a leadership position and make the people around him better. Buying a home can be stressful under the best circumstances, and ours certainly had its challenges. Dylan was the steady hand throughout the entire process. He worked tirelessly, communicated constantly, solved problems, answered questions, and never stopped pushing toward the finish line. We are incredibly grateful for everything Dylan did for our family. Saying he "went above and beyond" almost doesn't do it justice. This purchase absolutely would not have been possible without him. If you are looking for a mortgage professional who is knowledgeable, hardworking, diligent, responsive, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about the people he serves, I cannot recommend Dylan highly enough. And to his leadership: recognize this young man's potential, invest in him, and promote him when the opportunity arises. He has earned it.
