Larry and his team have an outstanding communication with their clients. They always respond in a timely manner and with precise relevant information. He is full of good advice and doesn't hesitate to give it.

Told me to try to get another HELOC even though the bank manager said it was not possible if we were listing our house. Also told me my interest rate would be lower when we closed.

Would have liked to be able to know my house payment before the closing to submit more down payment to reduce monthly payment. Not aware I had to pay points to get the rate. With my credit score and only years of loan other agencies offered better rate but I was kicked in too late to do anything else.

He gets the job done but if he communicate better it would make things a little less stressful through the mortgage process
