Should not have taken the amount of time that it did to fund the loan. It is almost as if it were not as important as perhaps other things you had going. I had a good ratio/good credit but 4+ months is excessive. The long wait time from what I was initially told literally cost me thousands of dollars on plans for the money in regards to construction / remodeling projects having to be put on hold. Jason himself was a good guy and no problem with him. But the back office and third parties used cannot have the same said about them.

Have more direct phone calls, I had to be calling and emailing was the best communication got them, not me.
