Very smooth process. Consistent communication with us during purchase of a new home.

Overall we had a very good experience with William. He was slightly lacking in communication but he was very nice and knowledgeable in regards to our refinance.

It often was difficult to access the documents.

Took a really long time to get approved. It was a refinance. Process took almost 8 weeks. We had more than 50% equity in home.

That got us what we wanted. They need to work on their communication better

Simple and easy

Better communication through the steps of the process. I was told there would be two months without a house payment, however, I experienced only one. I was told there would be no fees, however, when the notary contacted me she said she was to collect >$600. Since she did not leave with a check my thought was that fee was added to the load amount. In my opinion that is the same as me paying a fee for the loan. The communication dropped off to nothing.
