The fast response and effective handling of the overall process that led to the closing of the transaction!!!

It was a difficult process with a lot of moving parts. Alex was very helpful and forthright with information. The one area that can be worked on is the communication amongst all the team members that were involved . At times different team members(of which there were 5) asked for the same information just sent to other team members.

I was able to purchase my first home.

I realize that during the middle of my loan processing, the mortgage industry became quite busy however it was a bit difficult at times communicating with Alex. Vanessa his assistant ignored emails and phone calls from me even though I was responding to her requests. I would say my most negative comments were focused at Vanessa's lack of responsiveness.

I'd prefer someone being more available to me, but I understand that everyone wants that same attention, which is difficult with a large clientele.
