Jim answered all my questions and concerns quickly and completely. He worked hard to get me into my dream home.

The mortgage closed almost a month later than planned. Closing issues that arose at the end of the closing process should have been identified much earlier in the process. Luckily, no family or rental was planning to move into the property at the originally planned closing date.

First time going through process. Had trouble being so far away. Didn't seem to get much help near end of process. Still confused about somethings.

I recognize this was a difficult close due to COVID19, but I would have expected a clearer upfront disclosure of the potential difficulties re notarization etc., especially as this is your area of expertise. Additionally, the time to go thru underwriting felt too slow and should have been handled more expeditiously. I felt that I responded to all info requests quickly. But for some reason there were delays which required the provision of more information.
