I have done business with David before and everything went smooth. This time there seemed to be a lack of communication amongst everyone. I know times are different now, with the covid, so I am chalking it off to the extreme times that we are going through and how busy people are working from home. David and Angela has always treated me very well so I think that their intentions are there but our new "norm" in our society will just take some getting used to. The bottom line is we got through it.

The professionalism of the group. Patients and tolerance to allow the clients to gather their necessary materials were great. Knew what they were talking about.

David was always available and very helpful.

Dave and Angela were always available for questions and concerns.

David was great upon initial contact for this process. He was compassionate and realistic. He laid out the process and was very informative. Contact and responsiveness began to lag toward the middle and end of the process. The processor Jade Ritchie was extremely positive, polite and responsive. Emails were typically answered in minutes.

I wish there was a more condensed version of the paperwork needed for the loan. It seemed like it was something new every day. And then it wasn’t ready to close on time.
