I got in escrow with the assumption I was dealing with strong buyers and ready to go. Sadly once we were in contract we were given "reality". Buyers loan ran super slow and lender was not confident in his own loan so contingencies weren't removed on time. Stressed out my sellers a lot and affected my relationship with them. I did a good job for my clients but the experience they received was bad and it was not due to me. Sadly this was not a smooth transaction...

Jason had multiple problems but still did the best he could to get it done in a timely manner.very friendly and helpful!
