There seemed to be quite a bit of confusion throughout the process. I have purchased many homes and condos over the years and don’t recall the process being so complicated. Perhaps this is because it’s Florida. All other properties were purchased in Pennsylvania.

The loan process was painful for all. Perhaps streamlining the underwriting process and requiring more education to the people who work in the underwriting department for Homespire Mortgage would be helpful. Brittney Wood did her best to work with an almost unworkable situation. For this I commend her.
