    There were several instances of errors on the paperwork, none of which caused us to stop but still the errors should never have happened. Also the date was changed twice, also no big issue for us, but when the attorney call to setup the appointment the address of the property was incorrect, not even the correct city or county.

    The experience started out very well, however, the estimated “market value” vs. actual appraisal was a huge difference and caused a delay in the loan process. I had to pay for 2 appraisers because the loan officer had to request the loan a second time because of a term used, “comps” were not as expected. Being a consumer unfamiliar with the terminology or the whole process, I was a bit “put off”. After 60 days, the loan was approved and I received the estimated cash out payment that was original

    I was surprised to find out that we had to send out the checks for most of the payouts. Whenever we've refinanced, payments were completed by the finance company. We did have a great experience working with Dante De Luna and Bridgette Guzman. They were responsive and communicated with us on a timely basis.

    We needed to reach out more than necessary to get updates on the status of our loan. Over a month had gone by and no word from a rep after turning in all paperwork, appraisal completed, etc.After finally reaching out after the 5th or 6th time we found out that we had to start the process over due to our loan officer quitting. The process after George took over was smooth, but upsetting we had to have another credit report pulled due to the time lapse. The experience ended well. We are satisfi

    Lack of communication between departments. Requesting same information repeatedly, when emails were sent to all parties involved in the transaction. Are the personnel not capable of reading their emails? This caused a weeks delay in closing. Unfortunately, the mortgage officer quoted a rate of 3%, borrower signed the loan application as to such, but the loan officer neglected to lock in her rate. Closing rate 3.25%--- The mortgage process should not be this stressful to a homebuyer.
