I appreciated prompt responses. One thing I did not appreciate was the shuttling off to other people; we would rather deal with one person start to finish and not multiple colleagues. That made communications more difficult as we were not sure who to address an issue with. I realize that sr mgmt do other things but, please be more involved supervising work delegated to others. Thanks

Give a list of requirements and do not keep adding every time a document is submitted.

Ther were to many people involved with the process and we would be asked by more than one for the same information.

I felt when I communicated with anyone other than Sue, that I was "bothering" people. An answer of "that is just the way it is in Florida" is not acceptable. When I called the office, I was looking for information (ie: the need for an appraisal on a condo/the escrow of taxes for 5 months rather than the 3 Sue had mentioned (it wound up being 3 months, etc.). Perhaps in the future your staff could exercise more patience and explain things better. Thank you for your assistance.

I talk to the people that work with her more then I talk to Sue. Sue was fast on e-mail reply. When I did talk to her on the phone very professional.

The service was great for being an out of state client. However, Sue and I only met one time so when I called, she wouldn't remember who I was. Would have appreciated a more personal touch because I wanted someone local and being an out of state client.

We would have preferred a text message or call when there was paperwork that needed to be filled out rather than only getting emails because we both work doing the day and didn’t have time to follow our personal emails. Also, the issues with predicting and locking in our rate was unfortunate. We know it is unpredictable, but we didn’t get the communication we were told we would get regarding the change and when to lock in the rate. Could have been better.
