What made Sue and my process with her great? Truly everything. I contacted her after dealing with another lender in town and was so confused at how it worked. I was a first time home buyer and knew nothing about the process. She came highly recommended from everyone in different areas of my life. I asked at work- Sue Albritton. Asked a family member- Sue Albritton. Asked at the gym- Sue Albritton. She responded immediately to my inquiry and got to work. She could tell I had tons of questions and was unsure about how the process worked so she had me come into the office within the next few days to discuss things in person. Maybe that’s normal, but my previous lender didn’t do that and her reassurance and way she explained things made me feel so at ease and made me understand how buying a home worked. I can’t imagine how great she is for someone who’s purchased a few times and already knows the process! She and her assistant, Cassie always responded quickly to calls and emails. Both she and Cassie deserve an award for walking me through this process as I know I was anxious and sent too many messages/calls but they always handled everything with such great care. Reassurance, understanding and simply breaking things down to a level where I understood things was the reason I loved her most. My only regret is not going with her in the first place. Also, she’s just nice and friendly. Maybe I had a terrible experience with the first lender, but the difference was night and day and I could not recommend Sue, Cassie and Landmark more. 100% will use her if I ever do this again!
