First, none of this is Basil's fault. Basil does a great job, he deserves the best rating possible. The rest of the company did not back Basil up. We did not have our final numbers until more than an hour after closing was supposed to start. That's not right. The extra stress wasn't necessary and it makes the whole company look unprofessional. Basil did everything he could to keep us informed and let us know things were going the right direction, and they eventually did. Basil did a great job!

Buyer mi first home
