The service was great up until closing. There were issues getting a completed mortgage package both days we attempted to close. All correspondence and service prior to close was excellent.

Overall the end result was successful, we closed on time and that is very good. What would have made it a better experience for me would have been regular updates from Chris. If I remember correctly most of the times that I needed an update, I had to initiate it. Many lenders have weekly updates that I appreciate because I would rather have too much information than not enough. Overall very positive!
