Easy to work with

I am not sure where the responsibility falls and I believe Corey did what he said he would do. However, the processors, underwriters and various departments were very challenging to work with. At one point I actually gave up. I want to be clear that this is not a reflection on Corey but more on the company and processes. From the choice of appraiser, to the insurance review department. I am not sure where to place the blame. Very frustrating. But we got it done and I think Corey was a large part of the reason it was. Thank you

I just wish that we had our approval a day or two before the actual closing. We were still awaiting the final figure to wire and received it just an hour before closing. Then at the closing we were waiting for something to be finished....so we were at the Title Company waiting for a "final" for exactly two hours.

Adjusting the process to current times. Example would be to alter the process for people that work from home. It was a big headache for me to get the “correct” documents that were required because I work from home.
