    I didn't have a lot of contact with Jacob, because my daughter, an agent, had most of the contact. However, he was very helpful when we had a conference call to attempt to garner information during a difficult escrow. It was difficult because it was a non-owner-occupied property and the lender wanted every i dotted and every t crossed. The proof of the pudding is that I would use him again for a loan in the Dallas Metro area. M. Ray Hamilton

    There's a lot to the process of buying a home that I did not know. I wish there was a little more guidance from the initial disclosure, but overall not a terrible experience.

    Quite literally everyone involved dropped the ball on our closing day. We had a great experience until then. Title blamed lender and lender blamed title and even the notary messed up so Badly we had to hand fix her mistakes at 6pm. The FINAL final CD came after 3pm on closing day Stating that we needed to pay 200 more dollars. I had to SPRINT into a bank to do a same day wire. They stayed late to help us through the absolute mess that was our closing day but it was a disaster.
