Working with Melendez was the most helpful and informative and comforting sometimes when I was having a problem she would reach out and help,which made the process much easier. I would recommend her to my friends and family in a heartbeat she is the best.

Jennifer was very great! However, the closing process was a roller coaster, it was delayed unnecessarily due to request for information that should have been made early on. I didn’t feel any form of empathy from the organization and I had to call repeatedly to keep myself in the loop. I was put in a very difficult position because there was a change in the closing cost at the last minute because due diligence wasn’t done. I hope in future, the closing process can be made much more seamless and less stressful than it was for me.
