Caroline was very attentive and did a good job of explaining expectations. As a first time home buyer it was imperative that I had someone who was willing to address my concerns in a timely manner and that's what she did. It was a bit frustrating communicating with her loan partners at times but even then she would go the extra mile to ensure that we were all on the same page. She offered sound advice and was patient with all my questions. Overall Caroline did a great job, it was a pleasure.

Rodrigo was great! When it came to dealing with his assistant Luanna it was very difficult at time because she seemed to not have a solid answer anytime we had questions or she would say yes, then no two seconds later then after that it was she didn’t know. I didn’t feel Luanna was As professional as she should have been. As I say again Rodrigo was a huge help and he explained everything I felt to the best of his knowledge.

Communication should be more effective. Explanation of the steps and timeline for the events, especially the ones involving payments.
