Better comunication all away around

I feel the communication about fees and dollar amounts that would be requested during and at the end of transaction would have been better known at the beginning with more of an explanation as to what they are for. Clearer communication would eliminate unnecessary questions and uneasiness about the transaction.

Although the service was efficient the agreement was not completely met. The experience felt like a bait and switch.

Better communication in general and on documents we are receiving.

I was part of the HERO program, however numbers sent out initially did not have that saving in it and was very scary when we first received it. Final closing cost was not known until closing. When I purchased a warranty did not know that it had to be sent so that I could have it included in closing cost. It was our first time buying so it was a very scary process with a lot of unknowns.

Never dealt with John. Perhaps he was behind the scenes. But communication and transparency at times was lack luster. Emails and phone calls went unanswered for days and sometimes no replies at all.

When told I won’t pay any closing costs, I expect to pay nothing. It came as a shock to find out I was responsible for almost $10k in closing costs. Next time, tell people taxes, insurance are not included
