Tim was fantastic throughout this whole process. He was upfront and honest about what needed to be done, and kept things realistic for me, since I started out with not the best credit. He was incredibly quick to respond when I had any questions, and quick to tell me when he needed updated items. His team was great to my boyfriend and I throughout the entire house buying process considering we were (probably annoying) first time home buyers.
