Joe was very friendly and helpful throughout the process. He answered all my questions professionally and clearly. Although there were some issues that arose concerning our paperwork, Joe did a good job of mitigating them and getting us back on track. Overall, a very good experience.

With todays technology being able to send documents is easy. Signing documents is easy. It was not troublesome. The only thing that was not correct was that I was told that I would not have a payment due until September. I was told at the closing that my payment is due in August. That did upset plans that I had for freed up money.
