John was great to start out the process but then his answers to questions became short once I committed to doing the loan through AFN. The appraisal came in a little low and the credit cards that were paid off change and there was no communication. Things should have been handled differently in my eyes.

Still have 10,000 in credit cards to worry about so not completely satisfied but at lots of them were paid just sounded wonderful in the beginning little disappointing in the end but John was very helpful and very understanding all around nice guy thanks again
