From the first time we spoke with Hector, he was optimistic and friendly, never pushy. We somehow immediately got the sense that he wanted to help. Though part of the job, not all are as pleasant or knowledgeable. Our particular situation hit a roadblock that turned from a challenge, to a nightmare. Hector was there at every turn with updates and timeframes. What should have taken a few weeks, turned into 4 months. Hector and his team spent the last three months getting a run around while attempting to rectify an error made by our bank, to close this deal. He never have up.
