Extremely professional and personal individual. Speaking as a US Air Force Veteran, Jim is fantastic. He has attention to detail like no other. I would not expect that from anything but a fellow US Air Force Veteran.

We had a great relationship with James but a very bad relationship with your certifying agency in NYC. We felt that they required repetitive information that was petty, time consuming and unnecessary. For example, we had to go to the bank and stock office and ask them to resend info after they didn’t send the cover page and again when our account numbers were blackened. Our home insurance agent was upset because he had to include information about my wife’s jewelry because it was covered by our home loan. James helped us through this maze. Unfortunately he had to listen to our disgust with this agent and we are sorry about this
