Everything made my experience with Jennifer great, very clear instructions about everything so we could complete process, she was very knowledgeable about the whole process, able to answer literally ever question me and my wife had. She made herself available when we needed her. Her response time to answer us was insane, she quicker then a microwave. Overall I feel so bless having Jennifer in this housing process.
