Jude is very easy to work with. He communicated often. There was one glitch though, where 2 days between our original settlement, we came to know that a HELOC on our house was not yet approved and that was when i was told that even if it was approved, the money will be available only on the 4th business day. By the time the HELOC was approved, I had to pay the sellers over $1000 in mortgage they had to continue paying beyond the original date, as I wanted to maintain my commitment to them.
