    Abed was very informative and helpful. He was always there with a quick response to our questions about what was going on. Only thing was dealing with the underwriters and the closing date took longer than expected.

    My first time at doing this with a home. So, I wasn't so happy with the communication and being on speaker phone during conversation made me fill unease.

    The communication process was hard at times when I was getting different timeframe and stories on my loan. I first talked to Michelle Simpson and she know what was going on but we go a different loan officer and doing something completely different with our closing date and the amount of the closing cost.     I do not know who Sam Rumi is. I spoke with Tteirrah mostly and one other lady. Tteirrah was wonderful, she is really the reason I was working with your company.

    The process drug on for months we started in September we were told oh we will close next week then the following week and more stuff just kept popping up. This sounds like it was from other company and not him but still part of overall process.

    Could’ve been better informed along the way. There was some miscommunication leading to delays, but definitely not a bad experience.. just could’ve been better
