Ed the main contact ward not the issues, more of the problem was with documents being late, numbers being wrong, even when I pointed things out they still did not get fixed. I would say poor communication with title and under writting.

Got the money I needed to pay some bills

Very helpful in telling me what documents needed. Easy to transfer all documents and the forwarding of needed forms. Quick response and closing, but still waiting for transfer of funds to accounts.

There was little communication after they got the information they were wanting. We had to contact them to get updates. Zaid and Christina were very nice, however.

In the final stages more communication

The transaction seemed to delay much longer than I expected and I felt as if I wasn’t a priority?

Never recieved phone calls when they said they would call. Explained to the I work nights.

There were several instances of errors on the paperwork, none of which caused us to stop but still the errors should never have happened. Also the date was changed twice, also no big issue for us, but when the attorney call to setup the appointment the address of the property was incorrect, not even the correct city or county.
