Chris was great at helping me maintain my sanity throughout the process. The divisional processing manager called Cameron saranczak made my experience far more difficult than it needed to be. For example, when verifying a gift fund, he asked that I submit a picture from my social media account to prove I have a relationship with the donor. This is a ridiculous ask, and nearly cost me the loan, simply because I do not have social media. Furthermore, are we to assume that social media is reality? In addition, he asked for duplicates of things I had already submitted him, among many other questionable obstacles he had created for me. It was difficult to work with him, therefore I maintained contact with Chris and Chris only. In my opinion, Cameron will probably keep clients from achieving their goal of obtaining a loan from AFN, and there’s a high probability folks will go elsewhere. I nearly did. Chris bagues deserves a medal for having to deal with Cameron on the regular. Thank you for helping me achieve my dream Chris!
